How to request a China–Iran trucking quote
There are no published rates. Send three things and we return a rate on CPT / DAP Tehran Customs terms and the next scheduled departure.
- Three items: origin hub; destination customs; cargo data (HS code, gross weight kg, volume CBM)
- Lithium / chemical cargo: attach a 16-section MSDS and UN packaging details
- Out-of-gauge machinery: attach a dimensioned weight drawing with lifting points
- The reply gives a rate and the next Tuesday or Friday departure; clearance in Iran is the consignee's broker
- Origin hub — Yiwu, Shenzhen (Pinghu), or Guangzhou; or handover at the Khorgos supervised zone
- Destination customs — Tehran West Customs (Gomrok Gharb), Aprin Dry Port, or Mashhad Customs
- Cargo data — HS code, gross weight in kg, and volume in CBM

Do you publish rates?
No. Rates move with capacity, cargo class and season, so freight is quoted per shipment on request.
What if my cargo has lithium batteries?
Say so in the first line and attach the 16-section MSDS and UN packaging details. It is a core service, not an exception, but it must be declared up front.
How fast is the quote?
Usually same day once the three items are complete. Missing the destination customs or the volume is the usual delay.
How long is a quote valid?
Usually 7 business days. If border policy, freight rates or fuel prices move significantly within that window, the quote may be revised.
Is customs clearance included in the quote?
No. The rate is to Tehran Customs on CPT / DAP terms; the consignee's broker clears and pays duty.
