The website is static
We do not set cookies from this site. We do not run advertising or cross-site trackers.
Analytics
We use GoatCounter, a privacy-friendly analytics tool, to count page views. It does not use cookies and does not collect personal data; it records aggregate, non-identifying information such as the page path, referrer, rough country and browser type. This data is processed in the EU.
Hosting
The site is served by GitHub Pages. Like any web server, GitHub receives standard request data (your IP address, user-agent and the requested URL) in order to deliver pages and for security. This is handled under GitHub’s privacy statement.
When you contact us
If you email, message or call us — by email, WhatsApp, Telegram, or the quote form on this site, which opens a message in your mail app to sales@chinairantrucks.com — we receive the information you send, typically your name, company, contact details and cargo or shipment details. If you use WhatsApp or Telegram, their own privacy policies also apply to that channel.
Why we use it
Only to respond to your enquiry, prepare quotations and arrange transport. We do not sell your data and do not use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.
Who we share it with
We share shipment details only with the parties needed to perform the transport: our drivers and dispatch, transit-country and customs authorities, and — where you instruct — the consignee’s customs broker.
Retention
Enquiry and shipment records are kept for the duration of the business relationship and for the period required for accounting and legal record-keeping, then deleted.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal data you have sent us. Email sales@chinairantrucks.com.
Data location
Our operations are in China; analytics data is in the EU.
Children
This site is a business service and is not directed at children.
