After you request a China–Iran trucking quote
This page is what happens after the three items land — not another corridor explainer. Freight is still quoted on request. Delivery is still hub-to-customs on CPT / DAP terms.
- The clock starts when origin hub, destination customs and cargo data (HS, kg, CBM) are complete
- A complete file is usually answered the same day; missing volume or destination is the usual delay
- The written quote carries a validity date — usually 7 business days — and an RFQ reference
- The reply names the next Tuesday or Friday departure from Yiwu or Shenzhen (Pinghu)
- The rate is CPT / DAP to the destination customs; Iran duty and clearance are the consignee's licensed broker
What “complete” means
Three items: the origin hub (Yiwu, Shenzhen Pinghu, Guangzhou, Shanghai, or handover at the exit-gateway supervised zone); the destination customs (Tehran West Customs / Aprin Dry Port / Mashhad Customs); cargo data — HS code, gross weight in kg, volume in CBM. Class 9 lithium or chemicals need a 16-section MSDS and UN packaging details in the first message. Out-of-gauge machinery needs a dimensioned drawing with lifting points.
The written quote
It is not a website rate. It is a per-shipment figure on CPT / DAP customs terms, with a validity date — usually seven business days. If border policy, capacity or fuel moves inside that window, the quote may be revised. Each formal quote carries an RFQ- reference so the same file can be reopened without restating the cargo.
The Kyrgyz 0.4% invoice tax on the Wuqia line is a tax, not freight; it is excluded from the quote and billed to the customer. The Khorgos line never adds it. Insurance, destination clearance, lashing and any over-limit (over 96 CBM or 25 T) portion are also out.
Booking the truck
Departures from the Yiwu and Shenzhen (Pinghu) facilities are weekly, Tuesday and Friday. The reply names the next one that still has space for that cargo class. Transit on the Wuqia line is counted from the crossing: a direct truck is currently 21–23 days to Tehran West Customs and 18–21 to Mashhad; a transshipment truck 26–30 and 24–28. The domestic leg to Wuqia is typically within 7 days and is counted separately. The Khorgos line has no published day count.
What we do not do next
We do not clear the cargo in Iran and we do not deliver to an address. On arrival a warehouse entry receipt (Ghabz-e Anbar) is issued; the consignee's licensed broker pays duty in ASYCUDA and collects. Appoint the broker before the truck arrives.

How fast is the quote?
Usually same day once the three items are complete. Missing the destination customs or the volume is the usual delay.
How long is a quote valid?
Usually 7 business days. If border policy, freight rates or fuel prices move significantly within that window, the quote may be revised.
Is a deposit required to book?
Booking terms are in the written quotation for that shipment. This site does not publish a deposit figure.
Is Iran customs clearance included?
No. The rate is to the destination customs on CPT / DAP terms; the consignee's licensed broker clears and pays duty.
