MULTI-SUPPLIER ENQUIRY

China–Iran road freight: enquiring for several suppliers

Buying from several Chinese factories? Send a separate cargo breakdown for each supplier, followed by the combined weight and volume. Name the proposed origin handover point and destination customs. This lets the enquiry show what each part contains; it does not confirm a booking, factory collection or permission to combine the goods.

Keep one section per supplier

Replace “assorted goods” with the actual product description and its HS code. Record gross weight in KG and volume in CBM. Mark figures as final or still awaiting the supplier's confirmation; do not enter zero for an unknown value. Where one supplier provides different products, give each product its own line.

The cargo's current city is not automatically its handover hub. If it is still at the factory, say so and name the proposed handover location separately. Listing a factory address does not mean collection from that address has been accepted.

Give the request a destination customs point

“Iran” is not specific enough. Name Mashhad Customs or Tehran West Customs (Shahriyar / Aprin). If some goods are for Mashhad and others for Tehran, present them as separate groups: a single total conceals the destination difference. Sarakhs is the Iran entry gateway, not a sellable destination.

Email template: fill the blanks

Repeat the supplier section as needed. Send actual supplier and cargo details in direct correspondence, not public comments or social posts.

Do not hide special cargo inside the total

Declare lithium batteries in the relevant product section. A full 16-section MSDS and UN packaging certificate are required for review; sending this form does not establish acceptance. Submit chemical-cargo documents for review from the start as well. A general label such as “general cargo” cannot replace disclosure of the actual goods.

What to check in the written response

Check the origin handover location, destination customs and charge scope for that shipment. Our service is hub-to-customs under CPT / DAP, not door-to-door or DDP. Iran clearance is the buyer's and their broker's responsibility. Rates are not published on the site; formal emailed quotes have a validity date. If a supplier changes its figures, identify the revised version in the same correspondence so it is not confused with the earlier data.

FAQ

Is a combined weight and volume enough?

No. Send the total alongside each supplier's breakdown so the cargo type, origin and document requirements remain visible.

Does this form confirm collection from every factory?

No. It is an enquiry template, not a collection booking. The service is hub-to-customs; handover locations and consolidation feasibility require written confirmation.
