AFTER ARRIVAL
After the truck arrives at Tehran West Customs
This page is the sequence after the trailer is on the bonded yard — not how to pick a broker, and not another transit table. Delivery is still hub-to-customs on CPT / DAP terms.
- Unload is at the destination named on the quote: Tehran West Customs (Gomrok Gharb), Shahriyar, Aprin Dry Port, or Mashhad Customs
- Sarakhs is the Iran entry gateway, not a sellable destination
- A warehouse entry receipt — Ghabz-e Anbar / قبض انبار — is issued; that is the handover
- The Wuqia-origin day count has already ended at the warehouse, not when goods reach an address
- The consignee's licensed broker files in ASYCUDA, pays duty, and collects; we do not clear cargo in Iran
Where the trailer actually stops
Published destinations are Mashhad Customs and Tehran — Tehran West Customs (Gomrok Gharb), Shahriyar Customs, or Aprin Dry Port. The quote names one of those yards. Sarakhs is where the convoy enters Iran; it is not where we sell delivery.
The Ghabz-e Anbar is the handover
After unload, the bonded warehouse issues a warehouse entry receipt (Ghabz-e Anbar). We pass it to the consignee's nominated licensed broker. Linehaul on CPT / DAP terms ends there. Import duty, inspection, storage after free time, and the truck to your warehouse are not in the freight.
What the broker does in ASYCUDA
Iran clearance runs in ASYCUDA against that receipt and the commercial file (invoice, packing list, HS). The broker must be licensed for that customs — a Tehran West Customs broker does not automatically release cargo at Mashhad. Appoint them before the truck arrives; cargo that sits starts to cost storage.
What we do not do next
We do not act as a customs broker in Iran, we do not pay duty, and we do not deliver to a door. The day count published for the Wuqia line (currently 21–23 days direct to Tehran West Customs) is an operating range from the crossing to this warehouse, not a guarantee, and not a clock that keeps running until local delivery.
No published rates. A quote still needs three things: origin hub; destination customs; cargo data — HS code, gross weight in kg, volume in CBM.
FAQ
Do you clear the cargo in Iran?
No. We deliver into the bonded warehouse and hand over the Ghabz-e Anbar; the consignee's licensed broker clears in ASYCUDA and pays duty.
Is Sarakhs a delivery point?
No. Sarakhs is the Iran entry gateway. Sellable destinations are Mashhad Customs and Tehran (West Customs / Shahriyar / Aprin).
When does the published transit end?
When the cargo is inside the destination bonded warehouse and the Ghabz-e Anbar is issued. Local collection is a separate clock.
When should the broker be appointed?
Before the truck arrives. Once the receipt is issued, the file has to go straight to the broker.
